Having worked with the British Triathlon Federation over a number of years, Taylor Made Event Management were asked in Autumn 2016 to head up the operational and technical delivery of the World Triathlon Series event in Leeds, June 2017, 2018 and 2019.
2020 was a year for the events industry hit hard by COVID-19, but the event returned under strict COVID protocols to great success in 2021.
We designed all of the race routes in collaboration with the ITU and Leeds Highways and announced them on a ‘Brownlee Bus Tour’ with Alastair and Jonny early in 2017, with a large media presence and BBC Sport covering live.
