In 2023, we signed a 5 year contract to deliver the Blenheim Palace Triathlon end to end.
We oversee the stakeholder relationships, event safety and C3 planning, site design, contractor procurement, staffing, volunteer program, race management, branding and look, logistics and everything else in between.
